Wardens!
No! This is not a moan, as apart from one set of wardens in 32 + years I have only praise for them. I am not usually a moaner, but whilst at Clumber Park last week there were two situations that needed addressing. One was a owner of a dog walking with a
poo bag on his hand with his dog in tow, letting it poo on unoccupied pitches and walking off and not picking the poo up, the second was the rediculous way a caravan had pitched on a gravel pitch with his car and the caravans awning on the grass.
On both occasions the wardens saw the people concerned and spoke to them about their wrong doings. I certainly do not envy them having to confront people who flaunt the rules of the Caravan Club.
All I can say is... well done to the wardens for probably being a disliked person by many, yet a helpfull warden to other that appreciate their efforts.
