I know this sounds daft, but there are loads of people who book sites that say 'do not use sat nav' also there are loads of people who can't read maps!

i am fortunate in respect I can read maps, but whilst driving its a tad dangerous.

Reading the hand book whilst driving is also not wise, so, how am I to find my way to a non sat nav site??

i have tried learning the route via the handbook, but I never find the route suggested. I have also written road numbers to follow, only to go in the wrong directions... Was that right or left onto the A???.

So, for my trip out to Cornwall, I am going to write  a simple Tulip Map!  I can hopefully use the CC's direction plus OS maps to get junctions right.

Can I suggest that where the driver is on their own or the passenger can not read maps, that Tulip maps be made available by the Caravan Club????

tulip maps are fairly easy to understand and get a gasp of very quickly! They have to be, as the armed forces use them! So, come on CC consider adding Tulip Maps to the website when Sat Navs can not be used!
