Hot water

this is our second season at caravaning, we love it so much we up graded to a 2009 baileys gt60, we are having trouble with the hot water, some times we get hot water, but mostly cold water, are we doing somthing rong or do we need a new heater, any advise
would be gratly recived

    we had the same problem with our bailey ranger we changed the 5amp fuse under the on switch
