How to update profile picture

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? I changed my profile picture a couple of weeks ago and the new picture is displayed if I go into "edit profile" but when I view profile or post my original photo still appears.

I have tried changing again but still the same.

Customer Status (session storage)

Memberhip ID (session storage)
Membership ID (profile fields)
Session Storage Seconds Remaining
