ATC - no LED light at all

I know I shouldn't have posted that I have had no problems with my ATC. Now the LED fails to light at all. Everything appears to be working, can hear the power on test when I connect the lead. Any ideas, is it simply a faulty LED?

I tried Al-ko two days ago, after a very long hold on the phone someone answered and said they would connect me with the ATC dept. After another wait got a message that no one available and to leave a message but no response as yet. Have also sent an email but no reply to that either.
