Range Rover Sat Nav Download of Certified Sites

Hi Has anyone any ideas on how to download the sites as POI's into the Range Rover Sat Nav. I have a RR Sport which has a NavTeq sat nav system and this system is not supported by the CClub. The problem is the file format of Navteq is GPX which is widely
used but the sat nav systems supported by the CC such as Tom Tom, Garmin etc use their own format.
