Rowan Park & Littlehampton Club Sites

We were looking at staying at either of these sites in September and I wondered what you all thought of them.  I read the reviews on Rowan park and was concerned about road noise? How bad is it?  Then I read a review on ukcampsites about Littlehampton that
states there is a security guard at night due to concern over Gypsy's.  Is this the case and is it really and issue.  Sometimes I wish I did not read reviews as I am sure some people take pleasure in writing exaggerated negative comments particular when it
appears to be the only one.
