Site near Waterlooville

Wondering if anyone can help me out. We are looking for a site (of any kind cc, comercial, cl etc) for a one night stop on the 24th January.  I cannot find anything open in this area.  We are having to go to our van to add an additonal solar panel as the
battery is not getting enought charge from the factory fittted 40w to overwinter.  As we live in Guernsey and the van is stored in the UK and we arrive off the boat at Portsmouth we are having to go over for the weekend to fit the solar panel.  I did not think
I would have so much trouble finding anywhere to stay.  Any suggestions of anywhere within an hours (maximum) drive from here would be greatfully appricated.
