Anyone use a Cadac cooking outfit?

Just been trawling the web looking for a Cadac cooking system and am not sure which model to get. I like to griddle and would find a Paella pan useful but not too fussed about barbecuing. The ads mention HP and LP so have no idea which to choose! Any
thoughts would be much appreciated.
