I recently broke down whist on holiday and I think some additions could be offered to make experience more pleasurable:

Recommendation of where to recover car to if on holiday

Lift back to site

A courtesey car

Free return of recovered car if repaired.

My car was recovered to a garage nearly 20 miles from site, not repaired properly and I was charged £80+VAT to have it returned
