Hi, after using a small cheap 2 berth van for a year my wife and I decided we love caravaning and took the plunge buying a second hand Adria Adora that was first registerd in August 2011 so it's quite a new van. It is CRIS registerd but the person I bought
it off was I think a little care free, he didn't keep receipts etc but I am happy it is all legit. The CRIS registration is all clear and now transfered into my name. My question really is:

Does the manufacturers guarantee transfer to the new owner and would I need the purchase receipt?

The reason I ask is after using the van for a year I have noticed several things I would think should not be happening to a van less than 3 years old. When I look closely at the side panel near the awning rail at the front of the van I see what I can only
describe as tiny stress cracks, for anyone that doesn't know the panels are polycarbonate not ali. I also notice some quite bad marks around the external gas point that look somewhat like an old repair but there is no sign of damage to the inside of the panel
which I would expect to see if there had been some accident damage. Finally the roof appears to be yellowing.

I am very dissapointed and afraid that I expect not to get any help from the manufacturer. I don't even know how to contact them effectively if I'm honest.

Any advice would be greatly received.
