Where to get Concertina Blinds fixed or replaced

We purchased our Swift Safari caravan approx 18 months ago. The windows are fitted with lovely concertina blinds which really appealed to us when we bought.  Unfortunately a couple of the blinds have broken although we have always been careful and they have
not been treated roughly.

Has anyone tried to replace or repair.  Any advice would be appreciated
