Cheese, and yet more cheese!

If there is one food that I adore more than any other, it has to be cheese. All different sorts, but particularly vintage smelly cheeses that blow your socks off. Aldi did a nice Long Clawson Blue Stilton this year, and one of my pressies was a smoked Lancashire
bomb! Absolutely gorgeous! We have had Stinking Bishop and Old Amsterdam, but keen to try lots more out, no matter how strong. Any recommendations?
