We are quite adventurous, no green lane goes unexplored, no ford is ignored, always use the scenic route tends to be our motto!

So, we find ourselves at one end of the Long Mynd, facing some fairly severe gradients, and at the other end, our required destination of Church Stretton. But, we tell ourselves, we are not in our trusty 4x4, we are in Gertie Gatcombe our new MH! Decisions,
decisions!

We went for it, met a prat in a car coming down, who couldn't reverse to save his life, so OH reversed down a 1:5 for around quarter of a mile so that Mr Terrified didn't have to get his wheels dirty, then up
and away again! Fantastic scenery and Gertie climbed like a trooper! Coming back down overlooking the Cardingmill Valley was a touch hairy mind you!

We have been astonished at just how good our little MH is at getting about, although we saw sense faced with Chimney Bank near Rosedale!

Any other MH users got some "interesting" routes to try out in the UK? Anyone done Hardknott Pass?
