Read light.s on a Chausson Welcome 26

I have a 2004 Chausson Welcome 26 on a for chasis.  I have been having problems with the rear drivers side lights after driving back to UK in December and been caught in a few snow storms on the way home again.

 

I have traced the cabling back and found a PCB under the rear of the van which appears to be badly corroded.  It has a yellow label saying 04c0049, anyone any ideas on what this is and if I can get a replacements???
