My Elddis caravan has a swimming pool on top !

Our new(er) Elddis Odyssey 482 2007 which we have had for 4 months - has a problem of "ponding" on the back of the roof just by where the join between  roof and the back panel lies, is this fixable! and have others had a similar problem with their vans
