Trailer stability system on car and van

Can anybody help please?

I have an Elldiss Affinity van which is fitted with an electronic stability system. 

I have just bought a Kia Sportage which is also fitted with a Trailer Stability system.

Are the two systems likely to conflict?

Towbar is PCT with original Kia harness
