Can anyone give an opinion on a legal situation?

My caravan is stored in a storage facility which has a bungalow, owned by the same person, on the site. The bungalow is tenanted and there is a dispute between the owner and the tenant - the owner is currently trying to evict her. Last week she decided to vent her anger on our caravan, driving into it when it was awaiting our collection on the spacious shared driveway and causing £650 worth of damage. The owner of the premises wants us to deal with his tenant but, from local knowledge, we know this will be fruitless. Am I correct in thinking that the corrrect course of action is for the site owner to claim on his insurance, who will presumably seek indemnity from the tenant? The incident has been captured on cctv and reported to the police. Opinions please!
