Continental caravan servicing

Hi,

here I am again. As the Dusseldorf show is fast approaching I decided to enquire with two of the three Fenst dealers in the UK about servicing a caravan bought on the continent. Well, they don't want to know about it.

Does anybody know if this is "legal"?

I spoke to somebody @Fendt in Germany last week and he told me that the caravan (if I was to buy it abroad) can be serviced at any Fendt dealer. Can a dealer just turn his back like this?

What if I was a "continental" tourist on holiday here and needed some work done under warranty?

Has anybody got a Fendt (NOT double axle and not bought here, where there is no choice of them, unless you are willing to tow something at least 8m long?)?

By the way, any ides if Hobby or Hymer dealers would be as "helpful"?

Thanks in advance for anybody who can help.
