Car's electrics and LED lights

Hi, I will be picking up my new caravan soon, but I can't work out if there is a problem between the car's electrics and the carava's LED lights. In the "accessories" section of the towing pack for the car, it states that these electrics are NOT suitable
for caravans/trailers with LED lights. Caravan manufacturers say that only the brake lights of the caravan are LED and that they have never heard of a problem.

Anybody can help?
