I am saddly a owner of a Dunster House caravan. It is a 5 berth concordia model which we purchased in july 2011 for 16000 ex display.

My wife and i have 3 young boys and spending 16000 pounds was seen as a way to  enjoy years of great family hols.

The van had ticked all the boxes with price, layout, spec including Alde heating and a king size bed.

On our first trip the water system had problems which i manged to sort out myself. Next the kitchen tap failed (replaced under warranty)after that the shower cubicule developed a split in the tray after the 4th time we used it (Dunster house refused to sort
this out as shower trays are excluded in there warranty).

Then 2 months ago we got a e-mail from them telling us not to use the van until a engineer had been to take a look. I contacted them for a explantion and it was a safety issue to do with the wheels arch being to close to the wheels. They have just been to
inspect and now thay have arranged to pick it up to carry out repair works.

I then noticed two  rather large stress cracks one to the rear and one to the front which they will now take a look at. At this point in time we would like a full refund and hand back this god awful excuse for a caravan.

Does any one have any suggestions on how we stand legally on this?

What was meant to be a gate way to fun times is now turning out to be a Bloody nightmare. We have had the van for a year and a half and have taken approx 7 trips with it covering no more than 800 miles.
