Bailey Approach 620se - Water in the roof space

Our Bailey Approach has now got water in the roof space and there is a waterfall out of each side of the rear cab pillars after heavy rain.

I am concerned about water which may be left in,freezes and expands and even more worrying becomes stagnant water!

I am sure everyone has seen the 740 on youtube,but how widespread was/is the problem and how capable or willing are dealers in rectification?

I would appreciate any members experiences.
