Sterling, Westfalia towbar and Evoque

I have a Rangwe Rover Evoque fitted with a detachable Westfalia towbar, my fully stowed jockey wheel is hitting ground on undulating roads .Caravn is Nose down compared to previous two cars and I think the towbar at 16/12 inches to ball centre from ground is too low for this caravan..  Nose weight and MIRO both withing towbar limits. Anyone else got his oroblem ?? Car is OK, Tow bar fitted OK, Westfalia looking into this matter. Only solution so far is to remove the jockey wheel before travel, big nuisance
