Had our Unicorn 3 Vigo for nearly two years now. Recently noticed that when someone is relaxing on the island bed and the other half is heading 'you know where' there is quite a bit of noise as that person walks round the bed. Sounds noisy creaking like
a rubbing on the floor of either the bed that is under 'load' or the wardrobes not fixed but just resting on the floor covering. Any body else had this sort of problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Oddly enough, we experienced a bit of floor noise when we were in France,  but since we've come back, we've had no problem.  I put it down to dry atmospheric conditions during the summer abroad.  I mentioned it to the service department where we had the
van from.  They had the van in but could find nothing wrong.  I guess we will just need to keep an eye on it.

Thanks for the response DSB, will mention it when it goes in for service. Funny when the beds empty no creaking at all. Hopefully it is an indication of being 'very dry' rather than over damp!!!

We've got a U3 Barcelona which is just coming up to two years old and it does exactly the same thing.  In our case, it tends to be towards the front, between the front seats which is noisy, rather than around the bed. I've tried adjusting the corner steadies
in case that was the cause but it doesn't seem to make much difference but it must be the floor flexing slightly.  Perhaps it's something to do with the plywood/foam sandwich construction of the floor?  Whatever it is, it's not enough to cause me any real
concern and I just put up with it.

When we bought our Bailey new back in 2009 there was a creak was walking to the front seating area. Thought it was problems with floor and it was thoroughly inspected from underneath before we took delivery. Nothing wrong with floor and still isn't but they
think some of the wooden furniture frame moves slightly and rubs together. Its still there over 6 years later - no better, no worse!
