Volvo XC60

SELL

I am looking at changing my towcar and like the look of the XC60 and have been looking at fuel consumptions etc etc, i am now a bit confused, i always thought that the cars max towing weight was higher that the kerbweight, i looked at the XC60 D4 SE and
this model had the max towing weight as 1600 kgs and the min kerb weight 1762 kgs. Any help or advise would be great.
