avtex qf431 auto satellite dish wont lock on

hi guys , just a quick note to say i took my new automatic satellite dish on holiday last week and it didnt work , i spent a lot of time fiddling about with it , i even spent money on new cables , when i got home i emailed the retailer
i purchased from , it seems that the satellite signal has changed to hd and my dish wont lock on to it , im now trying to get a fix from avtex .


needless to say im very annoyed as the only reason i bought it was for my hols
