Grey Water emptying points

I know some CL's like grey water to be emptied in to a hedge, others provide an emptying point.

Quite often the emptying points are raised a foot or so off the ground.  Am I the only one who can't lift an almost full waste water tank?  Sorry but unless the emptying point is at floor level, I ain't going to use it as I am not going to put my back out!!
