Is it just me or has anyone else been affected. - Previously when I have purchased a brand new caravan the CRiS document appears in the post a few weeks later. This time however after 8 weeks I contacted CRiS to find out if my van had been registered by
the dealer. After being put on hold for a couple of minutes my details were found, but I was also given the hard sell to buy a CRiS plus pack for £30 odd which I declined. Is it just coincidence or has anyone else had to contact them to receive the documentation?
