Bike Carrier for Honda CRV 2007

After transporting our bikes in the back of the car we would appreciate any advice on the most suitable cycle carrier for our Honda CRV 2007 , Swift Charisma 535 combination. We think that lifting the bikes onto the roof of the car is probably beyond our
capability due to increasing age!
