Getting a good flow on super pitch waste pipes

i have seen a number of vans on super pitches with hard plastic plumbing. What diameter pipe do you use and how do you attach the pipe to the twin outflow points on the caravan? Also, what is the best way to endure a good outflow? [i.e. supporting the pipe
on a downward slope.
