Grab Handles

Brought my first ever caravan last week a Bailey Ranger 510/4 2000. I have wash and cleaned it and replaced the old faded stickers and replaced them with brand new ones. My next aim is to replace or clean up the front and back grab handles they have gone
a grey colour thinking of rubbing them down and making them look a lot better. As anyone done this if so which is the best route to go down?
