Take one pouch of fruit pie filling and pop it into a casserole dish. Make up a Sainsbury's Basics Sponge Cake mix ( I'm sure other brands are available, but this one is 13p!) ignoring the bit on the instructions about beating with an electric beater for
5 minutes - just do the best you can with a balloon whisk. Pour the batter over the fruit and microwave on full power for 7 minutes. Delicious, and works well using jam or syrup instead of fruit, or adding dried fruit to the mix instead. Just add instant custard
or squirty cream. Yum! Yum!
