I bought a sold secure hitchlock for about £60 after doing an online price match with a well known"outdoor" retailer normally about £80 ish. All depends on the type of hitch you have on the van though is it a universal, alko or winterhoff. ?

Try eBay , sold my 2 year old used winteroff one when we changed Caravan with Alco hitch , purchased used one for that Caravan too.
Less than £30 with all keys

Hitchlocks are near useless. Thieves can by pass them with a length of chain. The only time they are any use is to lock the caravan onto the car if you leave them at services. I would only use them if the insurance required it.
Wheel clamps are not perfect but a good one is far better. If buying either get the cheapest if you are just complying with the insurance reauirements or get a very good one for decent security. Always remember you get what you psy for though.

Alko wheel lock & hitch lock will give you a discount on your insurance. Don't think they stop your van being stolen but they do make it more difficult. Check with your caravan insurance what will give you the best discount. But beware the wheel lock is
a pain to fit. Espiecaly if it's raining. I carry a jack to get the wheel in just the right place. Clamps easier to fit.0 -
Check what your insurers require and then look on eBay Amazon etc. I find Towsure competitive and fast delivery etc. Also Leisure Direct who replaced my hitchlock free of charge when I lost a part of it. Beware the gaps in the front locker things
can fall out!0 -
