Strathclyde Park Roadworks
Any one visiting the site this weekend should be aware of roadworks on the roundabout at junction 5 of the M74 the access given in the site details. This will be partially closed from 8 pm on Friday 28 October until 6 am on Monday1 November and is likely
to cause major traffic problems but crucially the entrance into the park from there appears to be going to be closed according to the local press. This means that anyone using the club site at the weekend will need to access it from Junction 6 and take the
Motherwell slip and then turn left into the park at the traffic lights. The route should be signposted.
There will be another closure a further weekend in November in addition to the closure of the motorway itself featured in the earlier thread.
