Having experienced a major brake failure on our motorhome whilst travelling to Houghton Mill campsite in Cambridge, depressed, and in need of help. Nicola and Brian, the site wardens could not have been more helpful and accommadating. Nicola cancelled and
rebooked our future sites and allowed us to stay several extra days while our van was being repaired. All this done voluntarily on her part,  the help she gave us was superb and she still had a smile on her face. Excellent service from our favourite site and
thanks to Nicola and Brian, we had a good stay. So a massive pat on the back from us and hopefully head office.
