Swop lead member name

How come it is so difficult to change the lead name on the membership. My name is on the insurance but my partners is on the CC membership. This is a joint membership? Not joint obviously. Looking forward to spending an hour on the phone tomorrow.

    I'm the CC member, the CC caravan insurance is in my husband's name using my/our membership number (he never carries his card, nor interacts with the club, unless the premium is due), but I don't have any insurance linked to my membership, apparently Undecided.
    Not that it seems to matter much....

    Hi all

    For any Membership/ Insurance profile problems please do call in and we'd be more than happy to help.

    Just FYI, you can set up Membership and Insurance policies in either name but once a "lead" member is chosen that cannot be altered without cancelling and rejoining.
