Autocruise Stardream Grounding

I am in the process of purchasing an 2005 Autocruise Stardream. This is our first Motorhome. A friend has told me that we could have a problem with grounding on uneven ground with this vehicle. If this is true can anything be done to make sure it doesn't
happen? Your views would be welcome
