Use of Club facilities

I am new to motorhoming, after 20 years with a caravan. We are looking forward to using the Britstop network to tour around Britain. However many of these site don't have facilities for emptying the toilet cassette or filling up with fresh water. As we are members of the Caravan Club, are we able to empty cassette and fill up with fresh water at Club sites with out actually stopping overnight. We would expect to gain permission from the Wardens first. Your comments would be welcome.
