Eberspacher Heater

I have a small leak from the drain tube on my Eberspacher. I am not sure if all the water has emptied, but it only seems to drip when under pressure when the pump is switched on. I am not using it to heat water but, am I still  able to use the heating side
of the system to heat the Habitation area?
