Tyre Pressures

I have a Bailey Vermont and have had the MTPLM upgraded by Bailey. Prior to the upgrade the sticker on the side of the caravan gave a Tyre Pressure of 55psi. Now I have the upgrade and the MTPLM is 30kg heavier, the Tyre Pressure on the new sticker is 43psi.
Why would the pressures be lower when the caravan can be heavier?
