Hire Car with Towbar

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help?? We are totally new to caravaning. Our car has been damaged last night and undrivable. We are due to take a trip in 3 days time towing our caravan. We are waiting for the car insurance company getting back to us tomorrow
to sort things out and provide us with a car. Is it possible to hire cars with a towbar? We plan to ask for this as the accident was not our fault and we will miss our holiday. Has anyone else experienced this? We live in Dundee. Any advice most welcome.
