Do Caravan Designers actually talk to caravanners?
Am I alone in not being convinced that caravan designers live in their own world. My van has an electric hob built into the cooker which is not used because it takes too long to heat up/cool down. Similarly, given that we live in a world driven by Health
& Safety rules, why persist in putting microwave ovens at a height which is clearly dangerous to use for less able bodied folk? I don't want one of these but had to have it supplied with the van because it came as "standard because caravanners demand it".
Well this caravanner certainly was not asked whether he did.
Whilst designers cannot talk to us all, surely a feedback forum via the medium of the Internet is possible. Come on UK manufacturers, you are just not trying.
