Mmk3 Mondeo tow nose weight

Hi sorry for the newbie question i have a mk3 mondeo 2.2 TDCI and it has a witter towbar fitted looking at the towbar there is a label attached which has a weight of 210kg stamped onto it . this seems to be quite high for a nose weight but cant find anything
in my manual about nose weights

    Thank you very much very helpful I thought I would see what the nose weight is I had to use a digital bathroom scale and axle stand but came up as 125kg, however this is an empty interior ie no clothes etc so hopefully when I load the van this Friday I should
    be able to balance the loading properly to obtain close to the 75kg goal
