Fishing in Lancashire

Hi, I'm looking for sites within a short distance of resevoirs, lakes or fisheries in Lancashire and wonder if anyone can recommend any with electric, toilets and that allow dogs on site. Spent the last few days looking at books, websites and maps and am
now feeling a bit overwhelmed.
