You ought to ask the provider of the paint seal, but don’t expect a meaningful (if any) reply. You have spent your money for some treatment but I don’t think the warranty would be worth anything.

I thought the whole idea of the paint seal was that any dirt that hadn’t ‘dropped off’ would wash away with ease, so I’m surprised you feel the need to apply cleaner. I’ve no experience of either product but would’ve thought that a paint seal should stand
up to anything that’s ‘thrown’ at it, if you are to believe the marketing claims. A mild solution of cleaner, if needed, should be fine.

When we had our new van paint sealed it came with a kit of paintseal approved cleaning products. Very expensive if you want to replace them. However, it is so easy to clean we have not used up the kit after two years. I would think if you asked them they
would only refer you to their approved products.

From memory Paintseal has a five year warrantee, so there should be no need to apply any other cleaning product
