Adhesive backed wall hooks
Yesterday I did some shopping in Lidl and bought a pack of "Command" adhesive backed wall hooks. The small ones are supposed to hold up to ½ Kg. Has anyone tried these hooks? Are they any good? The back plate slides up and down if you want to remove the hook.

I think they are excellent, used them in the last MH, peeled them off when we sold it and then refitted using new adhesive pads in the new one.
If done properly on solid surfaces they peel off leaving no marks or damage.
Use them for tea towel hooks, key hooks, coat hooks etc.

We have two in the van, a large one in the bathroom for a hand towel and a small one by the door for hanging the block / gate keys, when these are provided. Both have remained stuck on for almost three years. I don't know about removing them, but have no
intention of doing so.0 -
I use them at home and in the van. Follow the instructions - especially about cleaning the surface, don't get too close to the maximum weight, and they are OK. I'd still prefer to use screwed in hooks but they leave an unsightly mess when the hooks no longer
needed. Easy to remove.0 -
My caravan is positively festooned in command hooks...
Tesco were selling off the rather nice satin nickel versions cheap, so bought a load, they look great in the Bailey. For coats and towels in the bathroom/shower area, tea towels, keys and dog leads etc.
And when I have come to move them, they come off exactly as described, quite brilliant
