CL reviews ratings?

Just looking again on CC website to find a CL.  I always try to find one with good reviews for obvious reasons but just looked at one which has just one written review where all four categories have been given 5 ticks, but to the left it states that there
are two reviews.  Click on show all reviews and still shows only the original one review.  Lower down it is stated that there are 10 votes, not reviews,  yet then shows just 2 stars!  Anyone able to clarify please as all this could mean that some have voted
without reviewing and considered the CL as only worth 2 stars overall, or some other meaning?
