River Tees - is Whitewater OK?

I've heard on the radio that the Tees has burst its banks at Teesdale Park, which is right next to the Whitewater site.

Does anyone know anyone staying there? Just hoping that all's ok and the flood hasn't reached the site. I don't really know if it would be at risk?
