Wifi boosters - help!

Hi!

I have a holiday spot across a valley from my Mums house,  we currently pick up a 35% signal from her wifi, I have this - http://www.acdctv.co.uk/shop/accessories/high-power-long-range-802-11gn-wifi-usb-adapter/           but can just about download emails
but cant get internet pages,   we cant put any ariels or boosters her end,  what would you suggest we need?
