early arrivals
Spent a pleasant weekend on the Club' s Blackpool South site, a member only site, clearly marked in CC book as no arrivals before 12 noon. Anyone who had visited the site will know the access road is really no more than a lane. We left at 11.30, another
van was a couple of minutes in front of us. Got to the exit just as two caravan outfits drew up Looking to gain entry. Reception closed, wardens on toilet block cleaning duties. Entrance now completely blocked even to those already on site who might be trying
to get back in from visits to shops or wherever. On top of that exit from site was complicated with restricted view due to these two outfits. Some sites might be able to cater for early arrivals but others with restricted access definitely can't. The 12 noon
arrival time is there for a good reason. I would have thought that if the two outfits in question had phoned to gain permission for early arrival then one of the wardens would have been there to allow them entry.
